Wayfarer TV: review of Air Canada’s ‘Signature Service’ Business Class

by James Wilkinson

Air Canada’s new Signature Service recently debuted on flights to and from Australia and it is about enhancing the customer service for those travelling in Business Class on widebody aircraft.

Air Canada Signature Service customers will receive priority service at every stage of the journey, including access to airport concierge services, expedited check-in and security clearance, priority baggage handling and preferential boarding.

Customers will also enjoy Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge access and a new range of meals created by celebrated Canadian chef David Hawksworth.

When it comes to the onboard experience, a major highlight is the food from Hawksworth alongside premium wines from Canada and across the world.

There are also mattress pads to enhance the sleep experience and new amenity kits from Want Les Essentiels.

Fast connections are available through Vancouver Airport, including immediate services to where we are right now, New York City.
